BH Management Services, head quarted in Des Moines Iowa, is a property management company, currently managing over 64,638 apartment units in 20 states, including corporate offices in Texas, Florida and Iowa. In addition, BHE (an affiliate of BH) has been involved as a principal or co-developer of over 120 partnerships and limited liability companies to acquire or build apartment properties. BH also offers construction and design services on a regional basis.
FPI Management is a privately owned, exclusive 3rd party, multifamily property manager in business since 1968. FPI currently manages over 100,000 units in 13 states. Their portfolio consists of 60% market rate and 40% affordable units. FPI provides construction management, design, and property management services for multi-family assets controlled by Odyssey in Northern California and Reno.
Tecton Corporation has been a successful, property management company for more than a quarter of a century. Headquartered in the Seattle area since 1980, and employing 100 people, Techton’s focus is residential property management in and around the Seattle/Tacoma and general Puget Sound areas. Tecton’s staff and management systems have met the Institute of Real Estate Management’s rigorous standards for being an Accredited Management Organization.
